Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Browning Area, we stand behind our premium hunting gear with the same confidence we have in the field. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures you can shop with peace of mind.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
- Certain items are excluded (see below)
Note: For hygiene reasons, Face Camo, Foot & Underarm Deodorant, and Electronic Scent Elimination products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request (template provided below).
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and email a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item with all original packaging and include a copy of your receipt.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Washington facility using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after receipt
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or different product):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state your desired exchange item in your email
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
