Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our hunting equipment like we stand behind our shots – with complete confidence. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, our simple return process has you covered.

Return Policy Overview

  • 15-day window: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Condition requirements: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Face Camo
  • Foot & Underarm Deodorant
  • Electronic Scent Elimination products

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • For exchanges: specify desired replacement (size, color, or different product)

2. Receive Authorization

Our team will review your request and email a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.

3. Package Your Item

Securely repackage the item with:

  • All original packaging
  • Tags attached
  • A copy of your receipt

4. Ship Your Return

Send your package to our Washington facility using a trackable shipping method:

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or different product):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state your desired exchange item in your email
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
